Fees

                                                                                                                                                                            Counseling evaluations (first appointment) are billed at $140  

Counseling appointments are billed at $90 for a 50 minute session and $115 for a 60 minute session

Payment is due at the time of service in the form of cash or check.  Insurance co-payments are due at the time of service.  (Please note that insurance billing requires a diagnosis which will become part of your medical record.)

We keep our counseling fees at or below the current going rates in order to make counseling affordable.  We offer a sliding scale fee which is based on monthly income.  Proof of income (copies of two recent pay stubs) will need to be provided before the first session.  Please see the sliding scale attachment below to find out if your are eligible.
